We are committed to leading people to live life on purpose in Jesus. Our desire is to be a church for the unchurched that presents the timeless truths of scripture in a relevant way. This means that our music, drama, and message are contemporary in style while at the same time committed to the absolute truths of the Bible.

We find our purpose through worship, fellowship, discipleship, ministry, and evangelism. In these 5 strategic elements we desire that people will know and experience the transforming power of the Gospel.

We have a casual “come as you are” dresscode, but make no mistake we are serious about theology, doctrine and loving God & people.

First Baptist Church, led by the Spirit of Christ, will grow by becoming a more loving, accepting, and nurturing congregation.

We will broaden our ministries by involving our members in all missions.

Broadway Baptist Church

When Broadway Baptist Church was founded 83 years ago, no one could foretell how the church would grow. From that beginning in the Sand Springs Hotel to her present-day position of strength and influence, Broadway has always been a light in the darkness for the Sand Springs community.

Sunday, April 11, 1915, will always be remembered at Broadway Baptist Church. It was on that day that a Sunday School class met for the first time in the dining room of the Sand Springs Hotel. Eventually this group of dedicated Christians would become Broadway Baptist Church

Curtis Baptist

Walking into a larger church can sometimes be an intimidating experience. At Curtis, we believe you’ll be at ease from the start in our Welcome Center (located next to the Auditorium) and meeting our people. For over 130 years Curtis Baptist Church has worshiped and sought to present the Christian message in a way that relates to the people of the community, and that continues as we build bridges of relationship and friendship to our community. We believe you’ll feel at home right away.
